We talked about going to Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings but decided that we could always visit when we go to Cairo in the future. Diving was the priority for this one!
Red Sea. It is a little chilly in December on the sea with the wind and especially when it is cloudy, however it is always beautiful!

Me on the first day trying to stay warm.
Captain Said (pronounced Sigh-eed) driving the boat - he rocked. Didn't speak much English but always was there after our dives to grab our fins before we climbed back onto the boat.

Dive briefing!
Dive stuff all ready to go
Ahmed our awesome dive guide. He liked us because we were good buddies underwater and he trusted us to go off on our own at the end of the dives when we had air left. We were also quick to get ready. He also let me use his really nice torch for the night dive.

This guy was the captain of the boat parked next to ours at the dock. Random! (This one is for you Ann!)
And last but not least, some pictures of our resort - The Grand Resort Hurghada

If we decide to extend our stay another year you can bet we will be going diving again in the Red Sea.
